Clay Etch

Weathered
Wood

Weathered Wood is similar to Alligator, but when applied over a gloss glaze it breaks up into rough pattern that resembles old cracked paint.

White
Pebble

White Pebble is applied over underglaze or Color-Code for a smooth pebble like surface when fired to cone 05–06.

Alligator

Alligator is applied over an unfired Lead-Free Opaque Glaze. After firing to cone 05-06, it breaks up into a glossy, mosaic type pattern.

Clear Granite

Clear Granite is a clear gloss glaze containing small white specks. It is to be used over a colored underglaze or Color-Code to give the effect of graniteware.

Tint-a-Glaze

A blue liquid used for tinting all fired products to enable you to see where product has been applied.

Simply apply the first coat straight from the jar with no color, add a couple of drops Tint-a Glaze to the second coat, then apply the third coat with no Tint-a-Glaze added. This is helpful in preventing "missed" areas when applying glazes and underglazes and promotes even application. The blue color fires out completely, and it is non-toxic.

Fired Antiques

These colors are an underglaze type product designed for antiquing embossed pieces. Apply one coat directly to bisque or over fired translucents. Remove the color from highlights, with a damp sponge. Fired Antiques can then be glazed with a transparent glaze or covered with Kleer Matte Sealer.

The new Oriental Green Antique gives a blue-green gloss and is especially effective under one of the "red" type glazes as shown at the right.
