What are Color-Codes?

They are a type of underglaze that will work well on bisque or greenware, over the Satellite Textural Glazes, can be glazed with a leaded or non-leaded glaze or can be left in bisque for a tough matt finish.

They are beautiful when used for majolica painting over our LF801 Opaque White. Use one coat for stroke work or three coats for solid coverage. Most will fire to cone 5 or hotter. They are non-toxic, intermixable and come in 50 beautiful shades.

Do not fire before glazing, and always stilt.

Color-Codes will soon replace the underglaze line as all the underglaze colors have now been formulated in the Color-Code base.
